Randolph Health Family Practice in Liberty Has Moved to a New Facility as of January 27, 2020
Randolph Health Family Practice in Liberty has moved to a new facility located at 525 West Swannanoa Avenue in Liberty, just a mile away from the previous location. This new facility allows our practice to expand to better serve our patients and the surrounding community.
This new 8,783 square foot facility houses an on-site physical rehab area, 12 exam rooms and an x-ray room, giving us the opportunity to provide better, more efficient care to our patients.
